Is transportation provided to the welcome party or wedding?
Answer
Venues for the welcome party and wedding are just outside of downtown proper, about 10 minutes apart. Transportation is not provided, but Uber and Lyft options are widely available and are the easiest and quickest way to get around the city. For groups of 5+ people, we recommend using the Fetii app (up to 16 passengers per ride) and y'all can use our promo code WANDERLUST25 for 25% off rides during your Austin trip.

What is the weather like in Texas in December?

Unpredictable, quite frankly. Typically in the Winter months, we do experience cooler temperatures and wear our coats! So, before you pack anything, remember to check the forecast closer to the date!

Where can I find details for each wedding weekend event?
Answer
Checkout the “Wedding Itinerary” section for all of the weekend event details! Addresses are listed and can be searched in Google Maps or other navigation tools. All event times are listed in CST.

Is everyone invited to the Welcome Party?
Answer
Yes! We encourage everyone to arrive on Friday night so that we can celebrate with you all weekend!

May I bring a date?

If your invitation is addressed to you “and Guest,” then yes! If not, we would prefer to celebrate with just you.

Are kids invited as well?
Answer
We love your kids, but ask that you only bring children if your invitation is addressed to you “and family.”

What is the expected attire?
Answer
The wedding ceremony is black-tie. Given the proximity to the holiday, celebratory NYE attire is encouraged! Glitz and glam, tuxedos and formal dresses are welcome, but wear what you’re most comfortable boogieing in! The venue is indoors, but it'll be chilly outside so wear a coat! The welcome party is cocktail attire. The venue is a mix of indoor/outdoor, so please wear a coat!
