Hiking

We'll be on Mount Hood for peak hiking season with wildflowers in bloom. Trailheads are littered throughout the Mount Hood National Forest. From the Lodge there is easy access to the Timberline Trail and the famous Pacific Crest Trail.

Hood River

If you want to take the scenic route from Portland to Mount Hood, make a stop in the city of Hood River. About an hour away and right in the Columbia River Gorge, it's famous for kitesurfing, hiking, access to waterfalls, and is a favorite weekend getaway for Oregonians.

Multnomah Falls
