Our Love Story

Can you say Match?

Margie and Keith first met in 2020 during COVID. They were both on Match.com when they came across each others' profiles. They honestly can't remember who liked who first, but regardless, they struck up a conversation and their love story began to unfold. Because of COVID, it was difficult to go on a traditional date. Keith wanted to meet Margie and she suggested they meet at a park during the day for a walk. In that first encounter, Margie was so impressed with Keith and his love for his family, and friends, and his story spoke to her heart. She knew she wanted to see him again and was thrilled when he invited her to join him for the 4th of July celebrations in Hudson Oaks. Margie kept a busy social calendar and already had plans for the weekend. But, because she could not stop thinking about him, she quickly changed her plans to accept his invitation. Once they began dating, Keith invited Margie to many concerts. Margie had never been to a country Western concert before so this was a whole new experience for her! She didn't even own a decent pair of blue jeans let alone boots! Keith took her to see the Bellamy Brothers at the world-famous honkey tonk, Billy Bob's, in the Stockyards in Fort Worth, where he had been a member for over 35 years. Little did she know that her whole world would change and she quickly became enthralled with Country Music. They each looked forward to their date nights and both began to realize how much they missed each other when they were apart. Keith lives in Weatherford and at the time Margie lived in SW Fort Worth. Keith's daily drive through the metroplex and back to Weatherford did not stop him from making time to drive to SW Fort Worth daily to see her. They both soon realized that no matter what became of their day, they would always make time to see each other every day. Time has flown by for Margie & Keith and together they have traveled, and seen over 300+ music concerts, comedy shows, made some incredible memories, and expanded their friendships multiple times over. The couple is incredibly blessed to have so many precious friends and family to support them as their love story has unfolded over these past 3 1/2 years. The couple looks forward to what the future holds for them as they continue to enjoy life together. Life is too short to stay home and they will continue to experience life to the fullest hand in hand.
