Some friendships grow quietly over time, and my close friendship with Margaret is one of the greatest gifts adulthood has given me. Margaret has always been the brightest smile, the loudest laugh, and the biggest personality in the room. Although we weren’t close in childhood, we have reconnected as adults and words can’t describe the joy Margaret has brought into my life. She is an aunt to my children and a sister to me. As we build our community and families minutes from each other, I couldn’t imagine a better partner than Itan to join Margaret on this journey called life. He has shown her the world and a love so large it took 4 cats and two horses to contain. To many tears and laughter as you join the world of married women and maybe someday parenthood! You deserve every wish, every dream, and every happiness.

I've known both Margaret and Itan since the very beginning of our time in Grenada. We bonded over our nerdy love of Lord of the rings over pancakes and it spiraled into a close friendship and being bad at the same video games. From our trips with trusty ol' Franklin up literal mountain sides, rescuing sea turtles, watching the eclipse from our shared staircase, and watching movies with all our friends Friday nights. It's been amazing seeing Margaret and Itan grow closer over the years and their love and humor grow I am so excited to see them tie the knot.

As you progress through adulthood, friendships come and go, but Margaret has always been a rock in my life. We met her first year of Alfred, and my second when I became captain of the Equestrian team. We quickly became friends, riding together, packing the entire team into her car, late night trips to midknights, hiking foster lake when it was still WAY too icy, and many a trip to Wegmart. I can honestly say she was the first REAL friend I made at Alfred. She has been there through some of my hardest moments, seen me laugh, cry, nearly drown (just kidding maybe). Real friendships are one in a million, and I really won the lottery on this one! Margaret deserves all the love and happiness she has put out in the world ten times over, and I will be forever grateful to witness her finding that in Itan. To many more years of friendship and shenanigans, and may she enjoy her happily ever after, she certainly deserves it!

I don’t remember a time when Itan wasn’t one of my best friends. Some of my best memories are sleeping over at his house, watching movies together, traveling together, and annoying our parents together. Someone rarely stays friends from kindergarten all through adulthood, but somehow we managed. Even after we finished high school and went to live in different parts of the world, we would get giddy whenever we got to see each other, and every time it was as if no time had passed at all. He’s been a source of friendship, fun, and support throughout my life. When he told us he had found someone special, I did not doubt that it had to be someone beyond incredible, and I was right. Margaret is just about perfect for Itan in every way. She’s brilliant, funny, sensitive, and, above all, has a good heart. Itan has given me many gifts throughout my life, but one of the biggest ones is giving me a new friend in Margaret. I don’t like weddings, but I wouldn’t miss theirs for the world.

Margaret and I met in 8th grade, and from that moment on, life has been brighter with her in it. We’ve grown up side by side — through awkward middle school phases, big dreams, heartbreaks, laughter, and everything in between. She has been a constant in my life, the kind of friend who shows up no matter what and loves deeply and wholeheartedly. Watching her step into this new chapter of marriage feels so full-circle, because I’ve seen the incredible woman she’s become — and she deserves a love story just as beautiful as she is.

I’ve known Itan his whole life, and I feel incredibly lucky to have watched him grow and to have grown alongside him, sharing and passing along a passion for all things geeky. Even though an ocean has separated us for many years, we’ve always stayed close in places like Middle-earth and Westeros. Imagination, play, and storytelling have been the threads that kept us connected. Now I’m so happy to see him continue his own hero’s journey with Margaret, and I can’t wait to discover what the next chapters hold for them.

Margaret and I go way back. I don’t know when or why, but I always remember ending up at the Kovach household, doing some crazy things with her. Between going outside or playing in the house, we always had a grand time. This would soon grow our friendship slowly, and become even closer as we got older. I’ll never forget her horse collection either. Always going on about how she was going to be a vet one day. I’ll always remember our adventures, between going over next door to her grandma’s house to the ranch enjoying the summer air. So much time has passed since then, watching her grow into the woman she is today. I’m grateful for her, between her little quirks that make me laugh, to always being there for me, there has been nothing that ever stopped her from being so genuine towards me. Margaret is the type of person you can always count on, and she will give you the shirt off her back. Not only did she work tirelessly for years earning her dream job, but she puts that same energy and effort into her relationships with friends and loved ones. She loves with all of heart, and she gives so much. I’m so lucky to call her one of my best friends, and I will continue to be proud of who she is.

I've known Itan my whole life. Some of my favorite memories growing up were summer visits to Mexico City, bonding over anime and Lord of the Rings marathons well past midnight. Being the cousins closest in age, we always gravitated toward each other — and I realized pretty quickly we were cut from the same nerdy cloth. He has grown a lot since those days, but the things that matter most haven't changed — he is one of the kindest and most generous people I know. From the moment I met Margaret it was obvious they were the right people for each other, and witnessing their lives as a couple has been a real testament to that. Wishing you both endless good times ahead!
