When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To have everything in order for your experience on the big day, we kindly ask that you RSVP by May 23, 2021

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You may arrive as early as 5:00 pm and enjoy the scenery of Arrowhead and the live music. We ask that you be seated by 5:15 pm so we may start on the ceremony on time. Please note that is does take at least 40-60 mins to get to Arrowhead from most parts of Denver so please allow yourself ample time to arrive, park, and find the ceremony site.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are adult only. Our venue and their current guidelines can only accommodate the children in the ceremony (ring bearer and flower girls). We are happy to provide babysitting references if needed and would love to see the kids at other events throughout the week and weekend!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! Please let us know any dietary restrictions including vegetarian and gluten free. Our venue can accommodate such requests with advance notice.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is ample (free) parking available at Arrowhead. There is an upper and lower lot and both are a short walk over to the ceremony site.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will be running from the Hampton Inn in Littleton. For transportation to the ceremony, please be in the lobby of the hotel at either 4:15 pm or 4:45 pm. For transportation at the end of the reception, the shuttle will run at 9:45 pm and 10:30 pm.

Yes! Any individual invitations and been sent with a plus one in mind for you to enjoy your evening.

Answer
