If you're feeling like an adventure or daytrip up to Boulder, Avery Brewing Company is a must-visit (and not just because Maggie used to work there). One of the oldest and most established breweries in Colorado, Avery is known for its Belgian wheat beer, White Rascal. The pretzels are also divine.
