Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Chad Irwin and Margaret Crane
We’re so excited to share a curated list of great restaurants, bars, jazz spots, and things to do in New Orleans! The city is overflowing with incredible food, music, and culture, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you in one of the most amazing cities in the world! We recommend either walking, taking ubers/lyfts, or hopping on the St. Charles Streetcar that goes back and forth from the French Quarter to the Garden District. The streetcars are an iconic part of New Orleans and you should definitely make a point of taking it at least once! There are four lines. You can hop on the St. Charles line, the Canal Street line (covering the cemeteries and City Park), the Riverfront line (currently serviced by the Canal lines), or the Rampart line. Bring exact change since the driver won’t give you any back. It’s $1.25 for a one-way trip or you can grab a Jazzy Pass for unlimited rides.
