We kindly ask you that our wedding weekend be an adults-only celebration. We are so grateful for your understanding and hope you'll enjoy a special weekend to relax and celebrate with us. For our friends traveling into South Carolina with kids, we suggest contacting Simply Southern Sitters or Perfectly Poppins to reserve sitters for the duration of your stay.
Charleston in May is typically warm, sunny, and perfect for outdoor celebrations. Daytime temperatures usually range from the high 70s to low 80s°F, with mild evenings in the 60s–70s.
All wedding events will take place in downtown Charleston and are easily walkable from nearby hotels. While transportation will not be provided, Ubers and bike taxis are readily available and convenient options for getting around the area.
Our welcome party will take place on the rooftop of The Dewberry, which offers both indoor and outdoor space. The wedding ceremony will be held outdoors, while the reception will be a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces.
