Is there a dress code?

Answer

Attire is dressy casual—somewhere between semi-formal and casual. We’d love for you to dress for the significance of the day while still feeling relaxed and comfortable—think cocktail or sundresses, skirts, nice tops, button-downs, and slacks.

Are you registered anywhere for gifts?

Answer

We have everything we need and are just so excited to celebrate with you! For those wanting to give a gift, we set up a honeymoon fund and will soon be adding a more traditional registry from a department store.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our guest list is limited to 70 due to the maximum capacity of the chapel and brunch venue. Unless specified on your invitation or we have talked about it, please do not bring a date.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unless specified on your invitation or we have talked about it, please do not bring any children. As the date approaches and we learn that people cannot make it, we will happily extend an invitation to children!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive around 10:30am to gather outside the chapel and have ample time to get seated for the ceremony.

What is the schedule for the day?

11am-11:30am ceremony in the chapel, 11:30am-2pm social & brunch in Cru .... please check back later for additional details :)

What food will be served at brunch?

Answer

Brunch will be a buffet that includes: -Fruit display of seasonal whole fresh fruit, freshly cut melons, and wild berries -Yogurt parfaits, granola, mixed berries, almonds -Smoked salmon, crab salad, cucumber, chicken -Wild berry salad of arugula, feta cheese, toasted almonds, raspberry vinaigrette -Cheese hash browns with bacon and caramelized onions -Vermont maple sausage links -Chipotle seasoned applewood smoked bacon -Cinnamon apple french toast, seasonal fruit compote, dulce de leche, vanilla maple syrup -Scrambled eggs, cheddar, green onions -Toast station, butter, jams, jelly -Fresh squeezed orange, grapefruit, coffee, teas -Assorted tea sandwiches -Assorted house baked scones -Caramel rolls, toasted pecans, caramel sauce

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

No. There is a bar where guests can choose to purchase any alcoholic beverage themselves and one champagne (or sparkling non-alcoholic) toast will be provided for all guests.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

If you are staying the weekend at GVL, we are having everyone over for dinner on Friday night. We'll either grill or do pizzas... check back for more information later! Anyone staying in a rental has access to all of the amenities so we'll definitely be paddle boarding, swimming, and spending time exploring the resort throughout the weekend. :)
