How do I get there?

If travelling by car please follow directions to ‘Crafty Arty Party’ - Buckland Newton, Dorset, DT2 7RP. What three words location - Obeyed. Skylights. Nipping. There will be clear signs at the end of the lane. The nearest train station is Dorchester.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is available in the field up the lane to our venue. This will be clearly sign posted with white stars. What three words location - Proved. Refuses. Departure

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Although the venue is outside there will be NO SMOKING accept in the designated smoking area, please be mindful of this.

What is the Irish Exit?

Answer

The Irish Exit is a term used for someone who leaves a party without saying goodbye. If the Bride and Groom are having fun on the dance floor, or engrossed in conversation we highly encourage this! If you would like, please send us a text instead.

Can I have a plus one?

Answer

We have decided to keep our wedding as intimate as possible to share our special day with those whom we love, so unfortunately you can not bring a guest of your own. Plus ones are by invitation only.

Are children invited?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only event. Therefore children will not be attending.

What do I wear?

Answer

Garden Party Attire - Dress in your best outdoor-friendly attire, preferred colour palette above, fresh and vibrant colours encouraged. Please be aware Karmacations is a garden with lots of grass so please no stiletto heels.

Can I post photos of your wedding on social media?

Answer

Please do not post photos of our wedding before we do. We do not want photos taken during our ceremony. There will be an app available to upload and share photos you take throughout the rest of the day.

Will there be a paid bar?

Answer

No. Please bring a bottle to share. We will be providing toast drinks and soft drinks. Visit the ‘Drinks’ page for more info.
