Should I rent a car?

Answer

It is totally up to you! Silverthorne is just over two hours from Denver International Airport (DIA). There are shuttles from DIA to Silverthorne in the fall, including Summit Express and Peak 1 Express. More information for shuttles can be found under "travel".

When should I arrive?

Answer

The wedding venue is at approximately 10,000 feet in elevation. We recommend that you spend some time in the Denver metro area to acclimate, especially if traveling from sea level. Stay hydrated and keep in mind that one drink packs twice the punch at altitude!

How should I get to the venue? Where do I park?

Answer

We are asking guests to shuttle from the Hotel Indigo to Pebble Creek Ranch. Transportation to and from the Hotel Indigo is the guest's responsibility. Uber's and Lyfts are available in town, however will not be available from the venue. Parking at the venue is very limited and unmarked. If guests need to drive to the venue, please reach out to Darragh Donnelly to make special arrangements (303) 905-4270.

More Shuttle Information!

Answer

Shuttles will be provided to and from the ceremony/reception. Parking at Hotel Indigo is limited; carpooling, ubering, or walking (if nearby) is recommended! Pick up is at Hotel Indigo from 2:15 - 2:55 pm. The last shuttle leaves to Pebble Creek Ranch at 3:00 pm. Shuttles will begin picking up at 9:00 pm and running hourly until 11:00 pm, dropping guests back off at Hotel Indigo.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Can I smoke at the wedding?

Answer

Any kind of smoking or open flame is strictly prohibited.

What does the dress code mean?

Answer

We want you to feel comfortable in whatever you chose to wear! We will be in an uneven meadow throughout the evening. The temperature will drop significantly once the sun sets so please be sure to bring a warm jacket.
