Mid-July is a beautiful time of year to visit Cuyahoga Valley National Park! Take a hike, bike the tow path, visit Szalay's Farm & Market, pick blueberries at Greenfield Berry Farm, ride the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad. We're so lucky that entry to this national park is free.
Whiskey Island is our favorite city park located at the confluence between Lake Erie and the Cuyahoga River. Visit the beautiful historic lighthouse, walk the tow path trail, and see the public art currently on display. Small Giants by Brazilian artist Alex Senna are two 10-foot-tall sculptures overlooking the city skyline that capture the essence of childhood emotions and wonder.
