When should I RSVP by?

We request RSVPs to be submitted by October 9th.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of rooms at The Hampton Inn on Buckeystown Pike. We encourage our out of town guests to reserve their hotel room as soon as possible. We have been notified there has been a high volume of reservations sharing our weekend. We may be able to increase our room block again, however it is not guaranteed. The link to our room block can be found under the “Hotel” section.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be at Union Mills Public House. There is a reserved parking lot for guests as well as street parking and parking garages.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The doors will open at 4:30 and the ceremony will begin at 5:30.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be two shuttles departing The Hampton Inn at approximately 4:15 and 4:45. At 9:00 there will be a shuttle returning to The Hampton Inn for guests wishing to return earlier. Otherwise the shuttles will arrive at 10:00 and 10:30 at Union Mills to return to The Hampton Inn.
