Welcome to our technology free wedding! We kindly ask that you join us in being fully present during our wedding ceremony by turning off your cell phones and putting them away. We’ve thoughtfully hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture every special moment, so you can relax and enjoy this time with us without the distraction of taking photos or videos.After the ceremony, we’ll be happy to share the beautiful memories with you. Thank you for helping us create an intimate, unplugged experience on our big day!

What time should guest arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to allow time for check-in and to have your photo taken. Guests are requested to be seated no later than 10 minutes before the ceremony begins. Please note that any guests arriving after the ceremony has started will be seated once the processional has concluded.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please confirm your attendance as soon as possible, but no later than September 15th.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The attire for the evening is formal. Men should wear a dark suit and tie, while ladies should wear a formal gown. Guests not dressed appropriately may be denied entry.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please indicate any food allergies when making your meal selection so that our caterer can prepare a suitable meal.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We kindly ask that children not attend the ceremony or reception unless they are specifically named on the invitation or are members of the bridal party. Thank you for your understanding as we look to create an intimate and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

All guests are welcome to bring a plus-one. When confirming your attendance, please be sure to include your guest’s full name. Responses such as “TBD” or “unknown” will not be included in the final guest count or seating chart. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Can I take a video or pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

No. Please refrain from taking pictures or video during the ceremony. We politely ask that our guests refrain from sharing photos of our wedding events on social media - thank you for your understanding.

Are there any colors that guest should not wear?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing white, ivory, or champagne. Our wedding colors are pink, burgundy, and navy, and we would appreciate it if you considered attire that complements this palette when choosing your guest look.
