When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP on our website by June 30th. Failure to RSVP will unfortunately result in no seating at the dinner reception. If you are unsure if you will be able to attend, please wait to RSVP until you are certain, as our venue charges per guest.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we love your little ones and wish we could accommodate having them, we ask that you plan accordingly and take this opportunity to have a child free night. With the exception of our children, nieces & nephews, this will be an adult event. If you find yourself in a circumstance where you are unable to attend due to lack of childcare, please contact us directly.

Can I bring a date?

Please refer to your invitation. If your invitation addresses you and a guest, then please enter that person's name in the corresponding space when you RSVP. We unfortunately cannot accommodate for everyone to bring a guest.

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive and be seated by 3:15 p.m. The ceremony will start at 3:30 p.m.

There is free parking available on site at The Crescent.

Can I take pictures and video during the ceremony?

Answer

We invite you to be fully present with us in our unplugged ceremony. We ask that all devices be placed on silent and put away for the ceremony to allow for our photographers and videographers to capture our day. We would love for you to snap and share pictures following the ceremony.

What happens after the ceremony?

Immediately following the ceremony will be cocktail hour prior to buffet style dinner and reception.

What type of bar is offered?

Answer

We will be hosting beer and wine. There will also be cash bar for guests who wish to enjoy other beverages.
