His Version…"I met Robin when she interviewed me for a job. I was immediately intrigued and couldn't quit thinking about her. It only took me 8 months to work up the courage to ask her to dinner, when she said YES, I about had a heart attack!!! But 12 Scallops and 6 Concrete Bulldogs later, I knew that she was the one for me...Cemeteries, Ghost Tours, and Head Banging Music mixed with my old school country, the way she laughs at my goofiness, the way she fills my life with joy...she is totally my better and most importantly the other Half of my heart...And the best part of the whole story is that I knew it after day ONE!!!!" Her Version... The first time I met Marc, I was interviewing him for a position at the company I worked for. No matter how many questions I asked him, I could barely pull two words out of him. My first impression was "Wow, this guy is even more quiet than I am!". Boy was I wrong. Lol. He really impressed the other interviewers and we hired him. For the first eight or so months that we worked together, we were casual acquaintances. He'd come down to my office on occasion and talk for a while, but we didn't have much interaction other than that. Then one day I posted some song lyrics on Facebook and Marc and a couple other of our coworkers commented on the post, which then lead to a group text. Our little group texted about music for several weeks, until finally Marc started texting me privately and we would text for hours each day about music and life. Eventually he asked me out. He was very nervous on our first date, and I thought it was adorable. I knew he was special when I realized that I wasn't nervous at all. In fact, I was completely comfortable with him from the start. Since I'm super shy and introverted, that was unusual for me, so the fact that I could feel so at ease from the get go was a big deal for me. I realized right away that we shared the same sense of humor and goofiness, and I thought "Yep, he's a keeper!"
