What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving a little bit earlier, around 4.30pm, to give yourself time to find the location, park and get settled in. Refreshments will be served on arrival.

When will RSVPs be sent out?

Answer

We will send out RSVPs with the invitations in about a months time.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail or semi-formal. This means nice dressy attire, but you don't need to go all out with fancy dresses or suits - unless you want to...by all means have fun ;)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the venue has a designated parking lot. Guests can park in any available parking spot. The venue has asked that guests do not park on the street, so try to find an available spot in the parking lot.

Can I bring a date?

We tried to incorporate +1's as part of the invites. If we missed anyone, let us know and we will see if there's room to get them added.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, kids are welcome. We added extra spots to guests who have kids that would likely attend. If we missed anyone, let us know and we will see if there's room to get them added.

What is the weather going to be like?

Answer

It's Southern California, so probably sunny! Only the ceremony is outdoors. If the weather happens to be raining, the ceremony will also be moved indoor with the other events, so you won't need an umbrella. :)

What food and drink options will be provided?

Answer

The Cocktail Hour will have various hors d'oeuvres provided, including vegetarian and non-gluten options. For the reception, a plated service will be provided featuring regular or vegetarian dishes. If you have special dietary restrictions, let us know in the Note when you RSVP and we will work with the venue catering to see what we can do. The wedding will have an Open Bar ready to provide whatever refreshments you'd like.

Are you accepting wedding gifts or donations?

Answer

Yes, but it's optional! If you'd like to provide us a gift, we'd prefer it to be a donation to our new beginning as a married couple, or our honeymoon.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! There are many hotels available around Los Angeles and around the venue in Orange County. Depending on how long you stay and what you are after. If you are coming a short trip only for the wedding, the recommended hotels would be close to the venue: Hampton Inn by Hilton Irvine East - Lake Forest Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lake Forest by IHG Ayres Suites Mission Viejo - Lake Forest If you are coming for a longer stay, maybe you would want to stay a bit closer to LA: DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles - Norwalk SpringHill Suites Los Angeles LAX/Manhattan Beach Paradise Inn - Montebello These are just some recommendations, you can also find your own hotel anywhere in the area if you are after something more specific! :)
