When and Where is the Wedding?

Our wedding is on Saturday, June, 29th 2024. We ask that guests please arrive by 4:30pm at Castaway, located at 1900 NW 18th Avenue, Portland, OR 97209. The venue is ada compliant.

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Answer

You can RSVP online! The ability to RSVP will be available once formal invitations are sent out.

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

All RSVPs must be submitted at least two months before the wedding (4/29/24).

Is there parking available near your wedding venue(s)?

Answer

There is street side parking available at the venue and an overflow lot is available to park at for a fee.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both our wedding and reception will be held indoors.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Formal / Cocktail attire. Floor length gowns and suits, but not black tie. :-) Look good okay.

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

In June, Portland, Oregon experiences warm weather with daytime temperatures ranging from the mid 70s all the way to mid-90s Fahrenheit. Nights are cooler, ranging from the mid-60s to mid-70s Fahrenheit. June is one of the drier months with occasional light rain, but overall precipitation is lower. There's ample daylight for outdoor activities, and the city is in full bloom, making it a great time to explore parks and gardens.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

If you have a plus one it is outlined on your invitation.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Yes! This is a kid friendly full family event. However, any children that are invited will be outlined on your invitation.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged, so we kindly ask that our guests refrain from taking any photos on their phone during the ceremony. After that, you're free to snap away as you wish!
