Will there be shuttle service to/from the venue?
Answer
Yes! We are setting up shuttle services at the main hotels where our guests book, so stay tuned. If you are planning on getting an Airbnb, please be aware that Ubers/Lyfts are scarce in the area and you may need to plan for getting to/from shuttle pick-up & drop-off spots. Reach out to us with any concerns!

Is there suggested attire?
Answer
We're saying cocktail attire...but don't have to go crazy! We want you to look good AND feel good. Ties are optional and subject to being taken by the groom. Our venue has some paved areas and also grassy areas, so just keep this in mind.

Tremper, Phoenicia ... service to airports and medical runs (sit and wait and return). - Nick's Rhinecliff Taxi and Car Service - 845-551-2243 - AJ's Airport Runs and Car Rides - https://www.ajsairportruns.com/ - 845-706-7810 (Despite the business name, AJ no longer provides trips to NYC boroughs/airports. He asks that everyone schedules any rides through his website.)

Where is the nearest airport and train station?

Airports: - Stewart (Newburgh) International Airport is 46.5 miles from Saugerties. The drive is mostly a straight shot up the New York State Thruway. Saugerties is at Exit 20 and Newburgh is Exit 17. - Albany Airport is 54.1 miles from Saugerties. The drive is a straight shot up or down the New York State Thruway. Train & Bus: - Amtrak (closest station to Saugerties is Rhinecliff) - Metro North (Poughkeepsie is nearest station) - Trailways Bus service. For fare information call 1-800-858-8555. $60 round trip, $35 one way. Trailways will pick up and discharge passengers at the new NYS DOT Park & Ride lot on Route 32 across from the NYS Thruway ramp. Passengers can purchase tickets at the Sunoco station on Route 32 just north of the Thruway ramp or online at https://trailways.com/.
