Question

When should I rsvp by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is August 19th, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no.' We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand ♡

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes – our wedding is black tie optional. This means we’d love for guests to dress up and feel elegant for the occasion. For men: A tuxedo is welcome but not required. A dark suit and tie is perfectly appropriate. For women: A long evening gown, a formal cocktail dress, or a chic dressy suit is great. For everyone: Think classic, polished, and celebratory – it’s a special night!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one, they will be listed alongside your name when you RSVP through the website. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, our celebration is best suited for guests aged 10 and older. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at the AC Hotel Pleasanton. Please visit our Travel tab for booking details and special rates. Additionally, join us at the AC Hotel for a Farewell Brunch on Saturday, September 20th.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is plenty of parking available at our venue. Ride sharing (e.g., Uber, Lyft) is also available for rides to and from any accommodation in the area.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, weather permitting, followed by an indoor reception.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to comfortably find seating.

Question

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar for the cocktail hour and reception. We want you to have the best time so the drinks are on us!
