We’re getting Married

People say “Timing is everything” and “Patience’s is a Virtue” Our story couldn’t be more evidence. We first met in 2008 while attending college. The initial connection was immediate but short lived. After Graduation when we met again at my job he was a bit nervous and shy, So he sent his friend to get my number. He called me the next day and we stayed on the phone for hours. I enjoyed every minute. We have so much in common from our favorite color down to the foods and music we enjoy. Our first date didn’t come soon after. He gave me butterflies in my head shoulders, stomach, knees and toes. He was everything I wanted in a gentleman and more. After a few dates and a staycation in Orlando, I was officially his girlfriend and he was officially my boyfriend lol. Now fast forward there are three dates that are milestones in our relationship are January 2, 2020 was the day we completed our blended family with the birth of our daughter Kali True Jackson. November 15, 2020 on what was suppose to be a typical Sunday funday on a boat with close friends and family, Marcus walked me inside where “Marry Me” was spelled out. He got on one knee and so did I (lol). He proposed to me (in my Kelly Price voice). October 15th 2022 Two things I can state is “Here we are” and “I do” Thank you for being a part of another chapter of our story. We are grateful to have been blessed to watch each other grow, find ourselves, and continue build a foundation for our future together. We look forward to celebrating this next chapter of our love story with you.
