It was Marcus's brother, Christian, who introduced the couple at his soon to be son's baby shower back in 2015. One year later, in 2016, both traveled to Carmel to celebrate Christian's birthday, reconnected and never looked back. But there was just one small conundrum...Erica was living in San Francisco and Marcus was living in Los Angeles. After one-year dating long distance, they decided it was time to live together, in the same city. Erica moved to LA in 2017. Charli was born in 2020, and the rest is not so ancient history... yet!
