POSTPONED

How we met... Marcus and I met in bowling league in college at the University of Findlay. As I like to put it, he and his buddies were the annoying group of boys in the lane next to us one week. From there, it was a millennial love story: We became Facebook friends, SnapChat buddies, and slowly, actual friends. We bonded over our shared years of playing basketball and love of the Fast and Furious movie franchise. Oh, and Skittles. Then we started dating... Right before I graduated in 2015, Marcus thought it was a good time to come clean and tell me that he liked me and insisted that we should give dating a shot. I said yes because I sort of never thought it would work out and we could just go back to being friends. I could move off to New York or Chicago as I had planned, and we could laugh about it years later when we crossed paths. But, Marcus insisted it wouldn't just fade and that we would be good together. Then the dating became more... A long time and a lot of life later, he asked me to be his wife on 12.7.19 in Findlay, Ohio - the rest is history!
