Please RSVP by March 22nd, 2025. If you do not RSVP by then we will assume that you are unable to attend. Our event will have personalized seating arrangements and will include RSVP'd guests only. Email us @ oglehawswedding@gmail.com with any further questions or concerns about this.
The wedding begins at 4:30 pm. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and seating. Guests who arrive after 4:20 will be asked to wait at the entrance until the ceremony has concluded.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!
The wedding will be outdoors, so be checking the weather to know how to dress for the day!
We will miss you dearly! If you are unable to attend, RSVP with "not attending". If you find out you are not able to make it after having already RSVP'd, please let us know as soon as you can so that we may plan accordingly.
There is a parking lot by the Welcome Pavillion at Camp Ceder Cliff. There will be an attendant there helping direct you.
Dress in your bright colors that make you think of spring! As late April in Asheville can be so unpredictable, we can't ensure perfect wedding weather. In that case, be checking the radar and bring the necessary clothes! Also, our ceremony is planned to be in a grass field: ladies, keep this in mind when choosing your shoes :) There will also be some fun dancing at the reception, so be ready to boogie.
