What are the hours of the wedding?
Answer
The ceremony is from 5:45pm to 6:15pm. The open bar and appetizers starts at 6:15pm. The reception/ dinner is from 7:15pm-11pm

Please RSVP by July 18th 2023. You can RSVP on our wedding site or by returning the RSVP included with your invitation.

No the venue is located 15 minutes from the strip.

The ceremony starts at 5:45pm. Please Arrive 15 minutes prior.

Will transportation be provided?

Transportation will only be provided for the wedding party.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

There is parking available at no cost at the venue.

Will you be blocking hotel rooms?
Answer
We will not be blocking rooms. The bride and groom will be staying at Harrah’s. Please feel free to stay where you like.

The dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire.

The wedding colors are black, gold and champagne.

We are registered on our wedding website for our honeymoon fund only.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 26424 Jepson Court Hemet CA 92544. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

When is the cocktail hour?
Answer
The cocktail hour starts at 4:30pm. During this time the bar will be open for complimentary drinks for the first three hours. Appetizers of sweet and sour meatballs, grilled cheese and cheese and crackers will also be served.

Is there an open bar?
Answer
Yes there will be an Open Bar for the first three hours starting at 6:15pm. Mixed Drinks, Domestic Beer & Wine (cash bar set up afterward) served to guest age 21 and over.

What type of beverages will be served during the reception?

Complimentary soft drinks, iced tea, lemonade, bottled water & coffee. Also a champagne and apple cider toast.

What are the food options that will be served during the reception?

The reception dinner is buffet style. Listed below is the menu: Grilled Margarita boneless Chicken Honey Glazed Ham w/pineapple garnish Roasted Garlic Potatoes Rice and Herbs Pilaf Penne Paste w/Alfredo Sauce Traditional Caesar's Salad Dinner Rolls w/butter Chocolate fountain w/desserts station *Children will have Chicken Tenders and French Fries as an option.

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #THEROCIOSHOW so we can keep track of all of your pictures!”

What will the weather be like this time of year?

The weather for Las Vegas in May is typically between 85-95 degrees. The venue will be indoors for the whole event.

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?
Answer
Unfortunately no. The venue will be providing all of the decor but feel free to take a favor or visit the photo booth.

What should I do if I can’t make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
