“We’re getting married”

It all started on 1st November, 2019 with "YOU are beautiful!!!" Those were the first words I said to Angelika. In typical Millennial fashion, it was a Facebook message. Surprisingly, she replied and this led to a series of conversations. The following year, after one week of not hearing from her, I miraculously stumbled upon her brother Lyndon at a church event after recognizing him from Angelika’s Facebook pictures. As it turns out, we had a Facebook friend in common and this rekindled our friendship and it also further fueled my interest because I wasted no time later that evening to message Angelika about my encounter with her brother. We finally broke through the social media barrier. We’re no longer just online friends. I kept the friendship going even though her replies came days to a week later. Fast forward to 2021. Our friendship is now stronger and our conversations have become a daily routine. We started falling for each other and instantly, we knew marriage was the goal. On the 16th October 2021, Lyndon insisted on visiting the Piparo Volcano and meeting the individual his sister kept talking about. This was the first day we met, after 23 months of building an amazing friendship. Then and there, I knew she was the one. The day is now 9th September, 2025. It’s on this day that I would ask for Angelika’s hand in marriage. So here we are, many years later, from being online strangers to planning the most important day of our lives. We can’t wait to share our day with you.
