What airport should I fly into?

There are two airport options when traveling to our wedding at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs: Colorado Springs Airport (COS) Colorado Springs Airport is about 8 miles (approximately 15–20 minutes) from The Broadmoor, making it the most convenient option. If you are staying at The Broadmoor, shuttle service is available from the Colorado Springs airport for $35 per person. Shuttle reservations must be made in advance and can be booked here: https://broadmoor.graylineofcolorado.com This option may allow you to skip renting a car for the weekend. Denver International Airport (DIA) DIA is about 85–90 miles (approximately 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 40 minutes) from The Broadmoor, depending on traffic. If you fly into Denver, you will likely need to rent a car or take an Uber/Lyft to Colorado Springs. Please use the map above to find the locations for the wedding festivities! Welcome Party at the Mountain Clubhouse: 5 - a shuttle will be available from the hotel to the clubhouse as it is a 5 minute drive off property. Ceremony at Mountain View Terrace: 3 Reception at West Tower Lawn: to the left of 1 After Party at Estate House: 10

When does the reception end?

Answer

The reception ends at 10 PM (not 8:30 PM like the invite says). We will head to the Estate House after for the After Party.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

We love your little ones! While our wedding day will be an adults-only celebration, children are absolutely welcome at our welcome party. We can’t wait to celebrate with you and have the little ones join in on the fun that night!

What is the dress code for the welcome party?

Answer

Our welcome party will be western chic themed! Think boots, hats, and elevated western-inspired outfits. Just aim for a polished, modern western vibe that feels fun and festive. There is quite a bit of gravel up at the clubhouse, so please consider that when choosing your shoes (a great time to wear cowboy boots)!

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Feel free to wear cocktail dresses, midis, or even floor-length dresses—whatever you’re most comfortable in. Men are welcome to wear suits. The reception will be under a tent on the grass on West Tower Lawn, so please keep that in mind when deciding on footwear.
