Is there a dress code?

We ask that our guests wear semi-formal attire, please and thank you! :)

What footwear should be worn?

Answer

Wear comfortable outdoor footwear! Ladies - you can wear heels if you’d like, but I recommend a chunky heel or wedges for better stability given that the ceremony will be outside. If you do decide to wear heels, then we recommend bringing a change of shoes as well! It is a ranch, so the outdoor space will be grass in some areas and gravel in others. The reception hall will be a solid concrete floor though!

What items should I pack that day?

We recommend that you bring sunscreen, bug repellent, sunglasses, and a light jacket for nighttime!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your kiddos, we are having an adults-only wedding! Thank you for your understanding!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We will be working closely with our caterer to ensure that guests with food allergies have alternative options to choose from! Let us know if you have any food allergies and we will communicate those with our caterer and plan accordingly!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking for guests at the ceremony/reception site, however we still recommend carpooling if possible!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation! Therefore, we recommend having a rental car, carpooling, or utilizing a shuttle service!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You should plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony starts, which would be 3:30pm!
