Yes. Both hotels offer valet with in-out privileges. Please check the hotels' websites for the most current pricing and information. The DoubleTree also has a self-park lot on Lafayette Blvd. across from the hotel. Be sure to give your license plate number to the front desk agent upon check-in. Public parking is available adjacent to The Courtyard in the Millender Center Parking Garage, 331 E. Larned St. The hotel and the garage are not affiliated with one another.
Yes. Complimentary valet parking will be available at The Whitney. The entrance is through the driveway on Woodward Ave. There is also a public self-pay lot across Woodward Ave.
Seating and pre-ceremony drinks will be available at 3:30 pm and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm.
