There are room blocks available from Friday through Sunday. Please call and mention you are booking a room for the Aguilar/Cooprider wedding. This is the hotel we are getting married at. If you would like to book a room at the hotel where the ceremony and reception take place please use the link or contact Samantha at 563-484-5906. There are LIMITED ROOMS available. Keep in mind that it is a holiday weekend and we will continue the celebration on Sunday. If you want to stay an extra night make sure to book your room through that Monday. There are hotels closer to the Quad Cities airport that are closer to the Sunday festivities (see below)

This hotel will also have a discounted rate with the mention of the Cooprider/Aguilar wedding. The room blocks are for 8/29-9/1. There will not be a shuttle because Hotel Blackhawk is easily accessible via the skywalk. The link will allow you to book at our hotel block rate.

Sunday BBQ
Keep in mind that it is a holiday weekend and we will be having a bbq on Sunday. You can book an extra night at Hotel Blackhawk at the special rate or book a room for Sunday night at a hotel near the quad cities airport. The BBQ will be at the Aguilar's in Coal Valley, IL which is near the airport. If you have any questions or need help looking for a hotel for that Sunday get in touch with us!
