From shared lunches in high school to building a life side by side, Giselle and Marco’s story is one of growing up together through every season of life. They first met during their senior year of high school through a mutual friend. What started as casual lunches together quickly turned into something more when Marco sent Giselle a message on Twitter after one of those afternoons. The conversations came naturally, and before long, Marco invited her to Harvest Dance. After the dance, they continued finding themselves in the same places, surrounded by the same friends, and slowly becoming inseparable. A few months later, Marco asked Giselle to Formal. Somewhere between the music, the laughter, and the nerves of the night, he finally made his move and went in for a kiss — a moment that would mark the beginning of everything. Not long after, on December 29, 2016, they officially began their relationship. As graduation came and the next chapter of life began, they continued doing life side by side. Both attended the College of the Sequoias, where they spent two years taking many of the same classes and even working together on campus. Whether it was studying, working, or simply spending every possible moment together, they quickly became known as the couple who did everything hand in hand. In August 2019, they transferred together to California State University, Stanislaus and moved in together, beginning a new adventure away from home. Once again, they found themselves sharing classes, jobs, routines, and dreams for the future. Through long study nights, stressful exams, and exciting milestones, their partnership only grew stronger. After graduating, they returned to Visalia to begin building their careers and creating the life they had always imagined together. As the years went on, their relationship continued to evolve alongside their goals. Giselle began graduate school while Marco courageously stepped into a new career path of his own. Through every transition, challenge, and milestone, they remained each other’s biggest supporters — a loyal team always encouraging one another to grow, dream bigger, and keep moving forward together. What started as a high school romance grew into a relationship built on friendship, trust, resilience, and unwavering support. No matter the season of life, they have always chosen each other first. Then, on August 14, 2025, in the middle of the magic and energy of New York City, Marco asked Giselle to spend forever with him. She said yes — and the next chapter of their story officially began.
