Sunday, August 9, 2026. Please plan to arrive 20–30 minutes before the ceremony start time so you can park, grab a seat, and settle in. We will start on time.
Our ceremony and reception will take place at The Plaza Marina at Cabrillo Beach in San Pedro, CA. Both events will be held outdoors at the same location with limited indoor seating, so once you arrive, you’re set for the evening. If you’re flying in, Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is the most convenient option, about 30–40 minutes away depending on traffic. Long Beach is approximately 20–25 minutes from the venue. We’ve reserved a room block at the DoubleTree by Hilton San Pedro, which is just a 1–2 minute walk from the venue. If you’re staying there, you can park your car and walk over with ease. Free parking is available at the venue for those driving. We are not providing transportation, so please plan accordingly if using rideshare.
Dinner will be buffet-style and will follow kosher-style guidelines (no pork or shellfish). Please note that the meal will not be fully kosher certified. If you keep strictly kosher or have dietary restrictions such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or food allergies, please include that information when you RSVP. Sharing it in advance allows us to plan thoughtfully and make sure everyone is taken care of. We’ll also have a hosted bar featuring beer, wine, specialty cocktails, mocktails, and a variety of non-alcoholic options. We’ve made sure there’s something for everyone.
Your RSVP will reflect the guests included in your invitation. We’ve thoughtfully planned our celebration with a specific headcount in mind and truly appreciate you honoring the names listed. While we adore your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration unless otherwise noted, and we hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a kid-free night out celebrating with us.
Beach Garden Cocktail. Think polished, playful, and celebration-ready! With ocean views and no sand, this is your moment to dress in your best elevated, chic summer style. Color, florals, and tie-less sharp suits are all welcome. The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, with the reception taking place on grass, so plan your footwear accordingly. Think block heels, wedges, dressy sandals, or stylish flats. August in Southern California can be warm, especially during the day, though the ocean breeze typically cools things down in the evening. Lightweight fabrics are your friend.
Truly, celebrating with you is the greatest gift we could ask for. For those who have asked, we’ve created a registry with items that will help us continue building our life together and create a home that reflects us as we blend our traditions and cultures together. If you prefer to contribute in a different way, monetary gifts toward our future together are also deeply appreciated. We’re so grateful for your love and support as we begin this next chapter.
Formal invitations will be mailed in Spring 2026 with all the details you’ll need for the weekend. We kindly ask that you submit your RSVP by July 1, 2026 so we can thoughtfully finalize seating, catering, and all of the special touches that make the day seamless. Your timely response truly helps us prepare for a beautiful celebration with everyone we love.
