Our Story
It all started with a swipe. In December 2017, Marci and Rob were both getting their bachelor's degrees in Philadelphia, and on Rob's first day of downloading Tinder, they matched!
Their first date was at Double Knot, an Asian fusion restaurant, and did not start off on the best foot as Marci was running late. Rob was very understanding and they hit it off over edamame, laughing about how Rob didn't know how to eat it. And the rest was history.
Rob proposed to Marci in September 2023. Under the guise of getting brunch with friends, Rob brought Marci to a spot where both of their colleges, Drexel and Penn, meet. At a place symbolizing their connection, Rob got down on one knee and asked Marci to marry him, and needless to say Marci said yes. Rob's hidden photographer revealed himself and they took their engagement pictures there on the spot.
They are so excited to say "I do" and share this day with family, friends, and everyone who's been a part of their journey!
