Are kids allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We have decided to have a kids free wedding so unfortunately, we are not having kids at the wedding.

What will the dress code be?

Answer

We would love for everyone to dress up with us! So we are asking for everyone to wear formal attire. So, a button-up shirt and slacks with dress shoes and a dress.

Can I take pictures during the cermony?

Answer

You will be allowed during a time that will be announced but other than that time we are asking for it to be an unplugged ceremony. We have a photographer present to capture those moments and will be sharing them with you all.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There absolutely will be an open bar. We just ask that you try to tip them for their fantastic service.

If I have food allergies or dietary restrictions how do I let you know?

Please feel free to reach out to Ivan and Heather and we will make sure that you are accommodated during the reception.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available with a front and back lot.

What will the wedding day look like?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting at 4 pm so we ask everyone try to arrive 15 minutes early. After the ceremony there will be a reception with a cocktail hour and drinks directly after across the hall. After cocktail hour dinner will be served.

Will this be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The entire day will be taking place indoors. So, no need to worry about weather effecting anything.

Is there a designated area for smoking?

Answer

There is an area for smoking as long as you go out the front door and aren't blocking anyone from enetering and exiting the building.

Please arrive 15 minutes before 4.
