Cocktail attire is recommended. Our venue has beachy Chesapeake Bay vibes and we want our guests to be comfortable! Ladies - consider wearing a wedged heel as there will be some grassy areas around the ceremony and reception.
Yes, there will be a bus to take guests to and from the Rod N' Reel to the ceremony location. The bus will arrive at the Rod N' Reel at 3:15pm, with one stop along the way. Return: Reception to Rod N' Reel Early Bus: 8pm Late Bus: 10pm
Yes! Once the bus drops off the guests from the Rod N' Reel at the ceremony and reception area, it will circle back to pick up guests at the Inn. Please plan to be ready to leave the Inn at 3:45pm.
There is plenty of parking for our venue located at 668 Friendship Road, where our ceremony and reception will take place. However, if you are staying at the Inn at Herrington on the Bay, you will park at the Inn and take a shuttle around the marina.
Short answer - sort of. If you plan on ubering to or from the venue, we suggest scheduling your ride in advance.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide transportation from the Rod n' Reel unofficial after party back to Herrington on the Bay or the SpringHill Suites. We recommend scheduling an uber or designating a driver.

If you are unable to book online, rooms can be booked in advance by calling the Inn at (410) 741-5107. The Inn is small, so if you are interested in a room on-site, please reach out to check availability. For the wedding, there is no nightly minimum for your stay.
We love your kids and would love to share this memory with them! However, keep in mind that this is a waterfront wedding and there is a dock to the bay located at our venue. We will also have a separate children's menu available. Please let us know while RSVP-ing if your little ones will be in attendance.
An RSVP is not mandatory, but would be appreciated, so we can give the staff at CBQ BBQ an idea of how many people to expect.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional plus ones at this moment. Please refer to your personal invite if a guest has been included for you.
