When is the RSVP deadline?

Please kindly submit your RSVP by February 6, 2026. Your timely response helps us finalize our guest list and make arrangements.

Can I bring guests or plus ones not noted on my invitation?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we can only accommodate those explicitly mentioned on the invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on the invitation in order to RSVP.

Can I bring my children to the venue?

Answer

Due to venue restrictions and limited space, we are only able to accommodate the children specifically named on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and kindly ask that you make arrangements for childcare if your children are not listed. Your support means so much to us, and we can’t wait to celebrate together!

If I’m unable to attend in person, is there a way to join the celebration?

Answer

Absolutely! While we’ll miss having you with us in person, we’re excited to offer a livestream of our ceremony so you can still be part of our special day from afar. The livestream link and details will be shared on our website closer to the wedding date. Thank you for celebrating with us in spirit!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00PM. Please arrive no later than 3:45PM to allow time to park, enter the venue, and find a seat. Seating will be limited and first come, first serve. There will be additional standing room for any late arrivals.

Will we be celebrating outside or inside for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will be held mainly outdoors. Please dress comfortably and check the weather forecast before the big day. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap for the evening, just in case it gets cool.

Does the ceremony venue have parking?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of complimentary parking at the venue.

Do you have hotel room blocks reserved?

Answer

We have not reserved specific hotel room blocks, but there are many great accommodation options nearby. We recommend booking early, as the area can be popular during our wedding weekend. For your convenience, we’ve included a list of nearby hotels on our website.

Will there be a shuttle to the reception?

Answer

There will not be a shuttle to the reception. The reception venue is approximately 30 minutes away from the ceremony venue. We recommend carpooling to make the commute easier!

What time will dinner be served?

Answer

We will have a cocktail hour beginning at 5:00 PM. Dinner will be served promptly at 6:30 PM.

What time is the scheduled reception scheduled to end?

Answer

The reception will be held from 6:30 PM to 12:00AM!
