Have you reserved blocks of rooms at a hotel?

Answer

Yes! We have a room block at Hampton Inn and Suites in Boone. You may call the front desk and make a reservation under the Botello Gutierrez Wedding. Group Code: CHHBGW

Will there be a shuttle to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be parking at the venue.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. Dinner will be inside, while dancing will be outside on a covered patio.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Dinner is catered by Coyote Kitchen and will be buffet style. There will be plenty of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free / dairy free options.
