Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by visiting the RSVP tab, searching for your name, and confirming your attendance. All guests must RSVP. Those who do not will, unfortunately, be unable to attend. The RSVP deadline is September 1st, 2026. If you experience any issues finding your name, please reach out to Marcel or Ka’Chari so we can assist you.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive by 3:45 PM. Seating will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. To ensure the ceremony is not interrupted, guest arriving after 4:25 PM will be asked to wait outside the venue until 5:00 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, followed by the reception at 5:00 PM Thank you for helping us keep this special moment uninterrupted🤍.

Where is the ceremony and reception located?

Answer

Our wedding will be held at Bello Vita. The ceremony will take place on the patio, and we kindly ask guests to use the side entrance upon arrival. Following the ceremony, we will transition inside the venue to continue the celebration at the reception.

How long will the celebration last?

Answer

The celebration will begin at 4:00 PM and continue through 11:00 PM. We can’t wait to spend the evening celebrating together! ✨

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Formal Attire. We kindly ask our guests to dress in formal attire for our wedding celebration. Think suits or tuxedos, for gentlemen, and formal gowns or elegant dresses for ladies. Guests are encouraged to bring a jacket in case it's cold during the ceremony. As a gentle reminder, please do not wear white, as that color is reserved for the Bride and Groom.

Can I bring a plus-one?

If you have questions regarding a plus-one, please reach out to Marcel or Ka’Chari directly, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I bring someone not listed on the invitation?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we are limited to 100 guests for our special day. We kindly ask that only those who are both invited and have RSVP’d attend, as we are unable to accommodate additional guests.

What happens if I miss the RSVP deadline

Answer

Guests who do not RSVP by the deadline will be considered unable to attend, and their invitation may be offered to others on our waiting list.

Is there a hotel available for guests who prefer not to drive home late?

Answer

Yes! Please visit our Travel tab for details on a recommended hotel located just 5 minutes from the venue.

Will dinner be served?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be serving delicious tacos😋, accompanied by a choice of rice and beans. We can’t wait for you to enjoy it!

Will there be an open bar?

No, drinks will be available for purchase at the venue.

Where can I send a gift?

Answer

Guests are welcome to view our registry through the Registry tab or on Amazon. We also have a honeymoon fund, and contributions are greatly appreciated.

Is this an unplugged ceremony and may I take pictures?

Answer

During the ceremony, we ask that guests silence their phones and enjoy the moment. You’re welcome to take pictures, but please be mindful not to block the view of our photographer & videographer so we can capture every special moment.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

If it rains, the ceremony will be moved indoors to ensure everyone stays comfortable while still enjoying the celebration.
