Sarah and Albert's love story began in November of 2018 on a Saturday night in Manhattan. They were introduced by mutual friends Emily and Helena at a birthday party for Albert's friend Tori. As they chatted and enjoyed the open bar, a spark ignited between them. Soon after, Sarah requested Albert on Instagram and Albert asked Sarah on a date. Their first date was a few weeks later at the Hunt & Fish Club in New York City. Due to Albert's unique work schedule, their date fell on a Tuesday evening—a detail that perfectly aligned with Sarah's availability after finishing her occupational therapy clinicals. On February 1st, 2019, over a romantic dinner at the Four Seasons in Washington, D.C., Albert asked Sarah to be his girlfriend with a heartfelt handwritten note expressing all the things he loved about her. For those of you on the edge of your seats, she said yes! For three years, Sarah and Albert persevered through a “long-distance” relationship between New Jersey and Long Island. We all know this 70-mile span could take an eternity on a weekend. Eventually, they moved into their first apartment together in Weehawken, NJ. Just one year later, Albert accepted a work contract, which led them to Baltimore, Maryland—a city that would forever hold a special place in their hearts. On a warm April evening, Albert surprised Sarah with a romantic dinner at the Four Seasons Hotel in Baltimore. As the sun set over the city, he proposed to her on the pool deck! There were flickering candles, stunning floral arrangements, and a celebratory champagne toast. Aside from these details and most important, both Sarah and Albert's families were there to witness the magical moment, watching from a balcony floors above. In February of 2025, the couple will return home, eagerly anticipating the start of a new chapter in their love story. As they look forward to celebrating with family and friends, they cannot wait to tie the knot on October 11th, 2025, surrounded by the love and support that brought them together.
