Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please go to the RSVP section of our wedding website to confirm or regretfully decline by Friday, Oct 3rd, 2025. Unfortunately, we will not accept late RSVPs. This means, if we do not receive an RSVP from you by this date, we will consider your invitation as a regretful decline. You can RSVP by entering your name in the search; your party will then appear, and you can verify the attendees and review your information for accuracy.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is a formal black tie event…what does this mean? We ask all attending guests to wear black suits and black dresses. All-black boots and Stetson hats are acceptable. Please do not derive from the dress code expectation. The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, so please take that into account for shoes and staying warm. Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Guests should arrive no later than 3:30 p.m. The ceremony will start promptly at 4 p.m. If you are late, you will have to remain in the cocktail hour area.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We are officially partnering with the Sonesta Select Hotel in Pleasant Hill for our wedding block! They have reserved a number of rooms at a discounted rate from Oct. 30 - Nov. 2. The hotel is about a 20-minute drive to our wedding venue in Moraga. Please book your hotel room before Oct. 1 to receive the discounted rate. To book your room, copy and paste the following link into your web browser: http://bit.ly/3EtAuQP You are welcome to look for your own lodging in the area through Airbnb or other hotels. Please contact us if you have any additional questions!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony." This means we ask all phones and other devices to be put away and on silent during the ceremony. We will have photographers, videographers, and content creators capturing the ceremony. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like. Please be mindful of our vendors who will be capturing the reception as well. We promise to share our ceremony photos as soon as possible.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Though we would love to invite all our family's children, we will only be accommodating our immediate close family and friends' little ones who will play a role in our wedding. We hope you take this as an opportunity for a night off and come ready to party!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are keeping our wedding small and intimate. Only guests who received a plus one on their invitation can bring an additional person.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a dedicated parking lot at our wedding venue. Disabled parking is available at the front. The drive to the venue is a single-lane path and limited lighting at night, so please be cautious when driving. Please determine your designated driver ahead of time.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

You're god damn right there will be. We will have signature drinks as well as beers, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
