FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Guests are encouraged to arrive 15-20 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating.

Question

Will the ceremony or reception be outdoors?

Answer

Yes. The ceremony will be held outdoors in the Secret Garden on the AC Hotel Rooftop (weather permitting). Cocktail hour and dinner will take place indoors in Jasmine Hall, with continued access to the Secret Garden throughout the evening.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Spring in Greenville can be warm, so we recommend choosing light, comfortable fabrics. For inspiration: Ladies: cocktail dresses, midi dresses, floor-length dresses, or dressy jumpsuits Gentlemen: suits or dress pants with a button-down shirt, sport coat, and tie

Question

How do I access the venue space?

Answer

The ceremony and dinner will take place on the rooftop of the AC Hotel Greenville, in the Jasmine Hall and Secret Garden. Guests should use the dedicated elevator entrance located on the side of the hotel near Camperdown Plaza. This is the same entrance used for Juniper, the hotel's rooftop restaurant. Signage will be available on site to help guide you.

Question

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

The AC Hotel offers onsite parking via valet service or self-park in the connected garage. The valet is $28 per car, per day. The parking garage is $5 for the first hour and $2 for every additional hour with a maximum of $20 per day. In addition, several public City of Greenville parking garages and lots are located within walking distance of the AC Hotel, including the Broad Street Garage, South Spring Street Garage, and Richardson Street Garage.
