What date should I RSVP by?

Please let us know by 1st July 2026 if you can make it. We can’t wait to celebrate with you 💌

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Day guests: Please arrive for 1pm at the Waterside Hotel for a 1:30 pm ceremony. 🤍 Evening guests: Please arrive from 7:30pm for the cake cutting and first dance. 🪩

Is there parking available?

Answer

There is parking available on-site at the hotel. The nearest train station is also a 5 minute taxi or 30 minute walk.

Who should I tell about dietary restrictions?

If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please let us know by messaging Caitlin or Marc so that we can inform the hotel 💌

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we are only able to host those formally invited. If a plus-one has been included, they will be named on your invitation and RSVP.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal, and we can’t wait to see everyone dressed up with us, but please wear whatever you’re most comfortable in.

What to do when the night ends?

Answer

Our band will finish at midnight. If not staying at the hotel, we have a bus booked for those staying in Seamill or Largs. There are also local Taxi firms that can be booked (please see Travel page for more information).

A note on gifts

Answer

Celebrating with everyone is the best gift we could ask for. However if you would like to give anything, a contribution to our honeymoon would be appreciated 🤍
