September in Hong Kong is still hot, humid, and rainy, with days still up to over 30°C. 香港の9月は依然として暑く、湿気が多く、雨が多く、気温が30℃を超える日もあります

What should I pack?　　　　　　　　　　　何を持って行ったらいいでしょうか？

Answer

Since it is still very much Summer weather, light, breathable clothes are recommended. Also bring a thin jacket or scarf for the air-conditioning in Hong Kong is REAL STRONG. Be ready for sudden shower for it is still typhoon season, but most importantly, pack your heart for a fun time and adventure! まだ真夏のような気候なので、軽くて通気性の良い服装がおすすめです。香港のエアコンは非常に強いので、 薄手のジャケットやマフラーもお持ちください。まだ台風シーズンなので、突然の雨に備えましょう。 でも、何よりも大切なのは、楽しい時間と冒険のために心の準備を整えることです！

What to expect at the Wedding?　　　結婚式はどんな感じになるのか？

Answer

Wedding in Hong Kong is usually a mix of Chinese and Western style. We will do most of the Chinese traditional procedure in the morning and Western style ceremony, followed by banquet (Chinese style food) in the evening. There will be wedding cake and snacks in between, and most importantly all you can drink at the banquet! 香港での結婚式は、一般的に中国式と西洋式の融合です。午前中は主に中国式の儀式を行い、その後西洋式の挙式を行い、夕方には宴会（中華料理）へと続きます。合間にはウェディングケーキと軽食をご用意し、そして何より、宴会では飲み放題です！

Should I pay or prepare gifts?　　　　　お金や贈り物を用意するべきでしょうか？

Answer

We appreciate and thank you for the time and effort you pay to fly all the way to Hong Kong to attend our wedding! It is the thought that counts! If you wish to give us something, the Hong Kong way is to give "Red Packet" (cash gift) which is similar to "Go-Shugi" in Japan. 私たちの結婚式に出席するために、わざわざ香港までお越しいただき、お時間と労力を費やしていただき 本当に感謝しております！お気持ちが大切で十分です！ 何か贈り物をされる場合は、香港流の「紅包」を贈っていただくのが一般的です。これは日本の「御祝儀」に似ています。
