While we must admit that our new last name is an unusual route that many couples don’t take, it truly feels like the right fit for our future together. Although we won’t bore you with the exact story of how we came to this decision, we did want to share what it means to us. We hope to represent our marriage, an equal union, by blending our last names to create Arza. Our new last name is a way to honor both family lineages as we move into this new chapter together in our lives and we are excited to share this very special moment with all of you.
A note to our guests, the safety of our friends and family is of the utmost importance. At this time, we will require all guests who are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine to be fully vaccinated by our wedding day. Please email your vaccine card to thearzas@gmail.com by March 17th, 2022. We are closely following the latest CDC guidelines and feel this is the best way to ensure the health and safety of all of our guests, including those who may be at risk. Unfortunately, while we wish everyone could be there for our special day, we understand that some of you may be unable to attend. Please know that we will not hold any judgment against any of our invitees that will not be able to make it. We thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions or have a medical exemption, please contact us. We look forward to celebrating with you!
Yes! Your presence at our wedding is a gift in itself, but if you feel inclined to give more, please contribute to our "Honeymoon Fund" located on our website.
Due to covid restrictions, we, unfortunately, cannot accommodate additional guests. We can only accommodate those that are named on the invitations.
To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend the event.
Our wedding is cocktail attire with a garden party theme. The venue is an outdoor venue so please dress appropriately. Please no white or cream-colored clothing, daytime/informal dresses, or jeans. Please take a look at the Pinterest board we created to give you some outfit inspiration if you want some guidance! https://pin.it/2CakOYt
The venue will have valet with a parking lot in the back of the venue.
Traffic can be heavy in this area, especially on Easter Sunday, so please leave plenty of time to arrive at the venue. Guests may arrive by 4:45 PM at the earliest but please arrive no later than 5:15 PM.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means that we kindly ask that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well, we've hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone/device blocking that moment for our photographer/videographer to capture. And we want our guests to be in the moment with us! But don't worry, we'll be sharing our photo gallery with guests! After the ceremony feel free to take as many photos as you want!
We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride- whites, ivories, and creams.
Please email us at thearzas@gmail.com or text either of us.
