When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Kindly reply by April 13th so we can plan all the fun (and food!) accordingly. If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll have to assume you’re a no — and we’ll miss you on the dance floor!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30. We ask for you to plan on arriving 15-20 minutes early.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To ensure an adult-only celebration, we kindly request that guests leave little ones at home. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Come dance the night away with us in your best cocktail attire! Think sharp—like a sleek suit, dress shirt and tie, or a fabulous knee-length dress. Think Spring colors! Our bridesmaids will be wearing sage green as part of our wedding color, guests are kindly encouraged to choose another color so our wedding party may stand out. Get ready to look great and have a blast!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We hope you understand our decision.

Where is the venue located and are they wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Our venue is located at 125 A Pleasant Street Northampton, MA 01060. There is a ramp entrance for those who need access and handicap parking.

Is there parking for the Reception?

Answer

There is onsite parking and the parking fee will be waived.

Question

Will there be transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes transportation will be provided from the Hampton Inn to the venue and back. Pick up times will be provided at the Hotel.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! If you have a food allergy or any dietary restrictions please inform us when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
