3:00 PM shuttle arrives at Fairfield hotel
3:40 PM shuttle departs Fairfield to go to winery
4:30 PM Ceremony
5:15 PM Social Hour (lawn games will be available)
6:30 PM Dinner
7:30 PM Dollar Roast (Come prepared with embarrassing stories)
9.:00 PM Dancing
9:00-12:00 Shuttle service available to bring you back to your lodging. (Cars can be left overnight and picked up in the morning)

The ceremony and social hour will be outside (weather permitting.) Keep this in mind when planning shoes and attire.
The Ceremony and Reception are located on Carlos Creek Winery grounds. There is a shuttle service available to pick you up from the Fairfield hotel and bring you to Carlos Creek Winery from 3:00 PM-4:00 PM and for a safe and stress free ride back to lodging from 9:00 PM-12:00 AM. Vehicles can be left overnight at Carlos Creek Winery and picked up the next morning as well.
