4:00 PM, Although early check in has been requested, call prior to arriving.

Answer

Semi-Formal attire will be the dress code for the ceremony and the reception. Although Tuxes and Gowns are welcome, suits and cocktail dresses are welcomed as well. Please refrain from wearing any casual attire.

Answer

Shuttle bus will be leaving from Heritage Hills at 3:00 PM for guests that book the hotel within 30 days of the wedding. The shuttle will be leaving from the reception at 10:00 PM. There is also parking at the venue if you would prefer to drive. The hotel is only a 15 minute drive away as well!

We are only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation, thank you for your understanding!

Ideally, the ceremony will be outdoor. In the event of bad weather, we will be moving the event inside.

ASAP, Ideally all RSVP's shall be submitted by 5/10 to allow ample time to accommodate meal preferences as well as hotel blocking.
