The Wedding Website of Maranda Williams and Dave Bucklin
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

You bet! We're having fun here, so we're encouraging Denim on Denim! Dave and Maranda will both be wearing denim. However, if you don't already have clothing that fits that bill, wear something Smart Casual. We'd like to avoid graphic tees, only because photos will be taken and they don't age well, haha!

Question

Do I HAVE to wear denim? Are you serious?

Answer

No you don't HAVE to wear denim. But YES, we are serious that we are wearing denim, and a lot of friends and family are too! Check out "Denim Inspiration" tab at the top menu for ideas if you need some starting points. You can wear whatever denim you have. Denim is cheap at thrift stores, or you can even borrow something from a friend if you want to save money. Hopefully you already own some pieces-- but please do not feel pressured to go out of your way to buy something to wear, unless YOU want to. Have fun with it! And of course, wear whatever you can feel comfortable dancing in.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Try to get your RSVP's in by September 15th, 2025. We need to secure counts for food and drinks, and will need a little time to ensure all things are lined up.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If we didn't add a plus 1 to your RSVP, text Maranda or Dave and we can let you know if we have space to accommodate! The Dance Party from 7-11 is open to the public, with drinks and food for purchase at Broken Clock Brewery & Unidos, so if you wanted to invite friends to join you, that's ok too!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We included kids in some of our close family and friends invites, but we were unable to accommodate food and drinks for all of the kiddos in our extended guest list. Text Maranda or Dave if you want to bring your kiddos, and we can see what we can do! The Dance Party is open to the public from 7pm-11pm, with drinks and food for purchase through Broken Clock Brewery & Unidos. Kids are welcome at the Brewery-- and there are kids spaces to play, games, and even pinball, but need to be accompanied by adults while in the tasting room.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be happening earlier in the day with a very small group. Our reception that follows in the late afternoon accommodates a larger invite group, but we'll still have limited seating. We'll eventually open up our event space to be a public Dance Party from 7-11pm.
