Are kids welcome?

Yes, we love the kiddos in our lives! Although, they are strongly encouraged to hit the hay before the after party! We also understand that most kiddos have big feelings but if they decide to express those during the ceremony please kindly exit out the back.

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is classy western chic attire. Ladies, we recommend a stylish dress paired with boots or heels. Gentlemen, opt for a crisp button-down shirt with tailored jeans or slacks and cowboy boots. We want you to feel comfortable and look fantastic as we celebrate our special day!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue between 3:30 and 3:45 pm. Shuttle service from the parking lot will begin at 3:15 pm, ensuring you have ample time to comfortably reach your seat before our 4:00 pm ceremony start time. This buffer allows you to relax, find your seat, and enjoy the pre-ceremony atmosphere without feeling rushed.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, convenient parking is available at Annie Acres, with a shuttle service provided to transport guests to Woodland Hollow for the ceremony and reception.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! Photographers will ask you to put your phones away during the ceremony.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Totally! Grab a beer or seltzer from the coolers anytime. Just don’t overdo it—we’d like you to remember the party and keep those dance moves going all night!

What is the after party?

Answer

The after party starts right after our "send off" around 8:30pm! Kids and elders can rest, but the grown-ups are invited to keep the dance floor alive and the good times rolling.

When does the party wrap up?

Answer

All alcohol drinking will stop at 10:30pm, as venue staff will be collecting alcohol at that time. The night ends with a private last dance at 11:15, the last shuttle will be at that time.

How do I get home after?

Answer

After the celebration, complimentary shuttles will transport guests back to the parking area. For added convenience, we suggest coordinating rideshares and booking Ubers in advance to ensure a smooth & sober trip home. You may remain parked at the venue until 9 am the following day.
