Unfortunately, Our venue does not allow outside alcohol. Anyone caught with outside alcohol will be escorted off the premises by the security hired by the venue. Their rules not ours. Any outside alcohol will result in the Bride and Groom paying a fine up to $1,000.00 . So do us a solid and get drunk at our open bar during the hours we paid for!
Only those who are on the RSVP are able to attend the wedding. We have a strict venue and we will take into account accurately who is invited through preparations beforehand.
Open bar will be from 4-5pm and 6-9pm .
We ask that there are no phones out during the ceremony. This is so our photographer is able to catch everything in the moment and no phones in the background of our photos.
There will be assigned seating/ tables for the reception.
The DJ will call each table one by one to get food!
Please arrive 20-30 minutes early to get seated before the ceremony begins.
Yes! The Ceremony will be held outside and the Reception will be held inside at Evanelle Vineyards.
Formal attire - We encourage guests to dress in elegant evening wear.
